Frequently Asked Questions
Do recipients need to log in to anything in order to view video PDFs I’ve sent?
No, they don’t. The DeckLinks viewer-facing interface works just like a regular web page. Your clients and prospects can view your video PDF links on all devices and only have access if your deck link is still live.
Is there a free trial?
Of course! Our Business plan come with a 14-day free trial and don’t require a credit card to sign up.
What are my payment options?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan, payable either monthly or annually. The monthly plan is not discounted, so we recommend our yearly plan if you are looking to save. The prices listed are in USD.
What currencies does DeckLinks accept?
All currencies! Prices are in USD, and an exchange rate will be applied at time of purchase as determined by Stripe.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, for our annual subscription plans we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase (this can only be used once per customer). For our monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be charged for the following month.
Can I change my plan?
You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type and adding and removing users (Note: after the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades).
We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?
We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period. Here’s an example: Let’s say your team is on the “Business plan,” which costs $35 USD per seat per month when billed monthly +tax. Then, you add a new team member 15 days into your billing period, and there are 15 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is $35 USD / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $17.50 USD (($35 USD / 30 days) * 15 days) +tax to your team’s credit card on file.
